The short, honest version.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, you're sending us your name, email, and — if you fill them in — your company and the details of what you're trying to fix or build. That's it.

We also collect basic, anonymous analytics (which pages get visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what browser you used) so we can tell whether the site is doing its job. This runs through Google Analytics with IP anonymization on. We don't tie any of it to your name or email.

What we do with it

Contact-form submissions get emailed to us at hello@crtech.ai so we can reply. If we end up working together, that email thread and any related notes stay in our normal work email and CRM.

Analytics stays with Google's Analytics product and is used only in aggregate — never to identify individual visitors.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We don't send you marketing emails unless you asked to hear from us.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies to tell one visit from another. That's the only cookies this site uses. If you'd rather not have them, most browsers let you block cookies for specific sites, and browser extensions like uBlock Origin will stop Analytics entirely.

Third parties

A few third parties see slices of your visit as part of the site running normally: the site is hosted on Netlify (they handle form submissions and page delivery), Google serves the fonts and the analytics, and we run a live chat widget via Tawk.to. Each of them has their own privacy policy that covers what they do with the data they see.

Getting your data out

If you'd like a copy of what we have on you, or you'd like us to delete it, email hello@crtech.ai and we'll take care of it within a few business days.
